Hello! My name is Mallory, she/her, and I have dedicated my life to helping people learn to cope with their mental health. There are times when everyone needs some assistance and therapy can be a great way to receive some guidance.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and offer telehealth sessions for clients in Washington State.
My therapy sessions are client motivated. There are many ways to do therapy and with my training I can accomodate what type of therapy style works best for each client. Some people prefer to have someone listen to them as they externally process, while others prefer direct help and input into aspects of their life. I have experience with many different types of therapy techniques and try to help my clients find the type of therapy that works best for what their needs are. I really appreciate feedback from clients so that we can make progress on their goals as quickly as possible. Not everything works and sometimes we just need a good pivot to other possibilities.
My goal for therapy is for my clients to learn how to handle their mental health needs themselves so they can fire me when that day comes. This timeline is different for each client and what they are looking to work on, but that is my overall goal as a therapist: for my clients to not need me anymore.
I prioritize learning in this field and continue to challenge myself by receiving supervision and training in areas that I am confident in along with areas that I need more growth. There are also times in therapy in which I need more understanding on topics that come up and always take the initiative to grow alongside my clients.

Complete Onboarding
When a client lets me know they are ready to start sessions together they will be sent an email by the admin I work with to gather chart information and for them to be sent the onboarding paperwork.
Start Sessions
Once onboarding is completed, we schedule our first session and start working on your goals!
