Regularly participating in relaxing activities will help keep up a routine of regulation. This will help make it easier to maintain a regulated state. Think about what activites make you feel sleepy or make it so that you feel comfortable or that your body feels warm and soft. If you can't think about anything in your present life, what about as a child? What made you feel warm and safe then? Try to come up with some ideas or here is some inspiration:

Get some sunlight
Go for a swim
Color in a coloring book
Listen to ASMR videos
Watch a favorite movie
Read a favorite book
Take a yoga class
Do something creative
